# Occam

> Occam is a platform for rule-based Solana memecoin algorithms. You build an algorithm from rules on token and pool metrics plus a take-profit, simulate it on past data with results after fees and a held-out check and publish it on the Occam marketplace. The Occam AI API (an MCP server plus a REST API, coming soon) will let an AI assistant or your own code read the metric catalogue, check, simulate, create and publish algorithms in your own account. The API cannot trade, sign transactions or move funds.

- Status: coming soon. The AI connection is not open yet; access opens soon. The addresses below are where it will be and do not answer yet.
- MCP server (Streamable HTTP, coming soon): mcp.occam.co/mcp
- REST base URL (coming soon): mcp.occam.co/v1 (POST /v1/tools/{tool}, GET /v1/tools)
- Sign-in once open: OAuth from Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code, or an API key from Settings, AI Integrations in the Occam app, sent as `Authorization: Bearer <key>`
- 11 tools: list_metrics, get_metric, validate_spec, simulate, get_simulation, winners_stats, create_algorithm, publish_algorithm, unpublish_algorithm, list_my_algorithms, get_usage
- Simulations cover the last 1 to 30 days (default 7), report figures after fees, and score the latest third of the window separately as a held-out check. "No edge found" is a normal result. Nothing Occam returns is financial advice.
